Firstly can't fault villas2let great service.. Would use them again.. Black out blinds desperately needed in the bedroom as woken up at 6.30 in the morning with the sun streaming through the window. Sunbeds need cushions for comfort as very uncomfortable. Swimming pool is in the shade for alot of the day so doesn't get warm only used once. The sea is alot warmer. It's a good 25minute walk to top of the strip. Going down OK but up hill on the way back. All in all had excellent holiday just small touches needed in the villa to bring it up to a more comfortable standard Pictures in the advert make the villa seem large but it's not quite deceiving.

Nice villa although the pictures of the pool area make it look bigger than it is. The bedrooms could do with updating but other than that it is lovely. The villa grounds are well kept and the pool is lovely. Perfect for a family or couples holiday. But of a walk into town/beach but we hired a vehicle so it was t a problem for us. Has a private driveway and a locked gate to park a vehicle safely. Being situated on the top of the hill makes it a great private location with a forest behind the villa. Would definitely recommend this villa.

Lovely villa in a quiet location away from the centre of Protares, the property is very spacious and you have all the mod cons to cater for all your needs, the property is a 10 minute walk from the main strip but be a where that it is up a bit of a hill, ok to walk down in the evening but a bit of a walk back but well worth a visit, the maintenance are extremely helpful if you need them and cannot do enough for you. Overall really happy with the service and can’t wait to get back next year.

A lovely Villa, in a quiet location, 20/25 minutes walk from Protaras centre. The Villa was well equipped, had good views and the pool very well maintained. Although the Villa is in a great location, it is a 20/25 minute walk from Protaras, the last 150 yards of which is fairly steep. We were disappointed to find that the hottub was out of use. Overall, we all enjoyed our stay.

We had to make a booking at extremely short notice and the whole booking process was very easy and accommodating. However, the jacuzzi was not available as per advert which was found out on check in and the pool was full of debris and dead insects of varying types. Other than that, good tv options and comfortable accommodations.
