This attractive and traditional 4-bedroom villa with sea views, located in a quiet neighborhood in the Profitis Elias area of Protaras, just a short 10-minute walk to the Protaras main strip, is the perfect option for those looking for a peaceful and relaxing break, away from it all, but close enough to enjoy the beaches and amenities that the Protaras area has to offer.
As you enter the villa, you will find the living room area with a comfortable corner sofa, widescreen, and Cable TV, as well as a fireplace for those cool winter nights. Next to the living room, you will find a separate and sizeable kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern appliances and utensils needed for a comfortable self-catering stay; the dining area seats 6 people and a door leads to the back patio area. Next to the dining area, you will find another living room/4th bedroom area. This spacious room features a seating area surrounded by patio doors that allow plenty of natural light in and lead directly to the pool, as well as its own bathroom with a shower and WC. An extra two, full-sized single beds can be added in this room, as a fourth bedroom, so the villa can accommodate a total of 8 people. An extra guest WC is also on the ground floor
On the first floor, you will find the 3 bedrooms, as well as the main bathroom. All bedrooms have double beds, fully fitted wardrobes, and bedside cabinets and offer picturesque sea views. Two of the bedrooms also have a balcony. The main bathroom features a bath-tub, overhead shower, and WC

There is also an outside dining area with bench seating and another small, separate outside seating area. Around the back of the villa is a large, shaded, extra outside patio/dining area as well as a barbecue, a ‘fourni,’ and table tennis.
