Had a fantastic stay here for 10 days. Perfect location, 5 minute drive to Fig Tree bay beach and the main shopping/restaurant area. Great outdoor space with shaded areas to sit and eat. Lovely pool. Inside was great, lots of space to put all out things. Kitchen was so well equipped. And we loved the balcony area, where we sat most evenings before we went out. Will definitely be back.

The villa is not very modern in interior but it compensates with the pool and the jacuzzi. The beds are comfortable and there is AC in both bedrooms. No dishwasher, unfortunately . I had a pleasant stay.

Great communication from company, the location is quiet which was what we wanted, villa is a home from home, beds very comfortable had an excellent stay in this villa, we had a car but only a ten minute walk into resort and beaches, would definitely recommend

Quiet location with stunning views!

Overall this property was very tidy, well maintained and in a quiet location. It took around 15-20mins to walk to Protaras strip and all downhill towards town. The only criticism was that the swimming pool does not have a heating option, which the advert does suggest. However, the jacuzzi was a great alternative!

nice pool, nice jacuzzi, clean rooms, the villa was very nice and can only recommend this villa. You have to rent a car because the location of the villa is a bit out of the way. The price of a rental car in Cyprus is very cheap, it wasn't a problem for us

You must put some plugs down to the basement. Also when you use the jacuzzi the Mcb shuts down. You must fix the jacuzzi

We have stayed in a Villa every year for the last 15 years when visiting Cyprus and I have got to say this was the worst one we have ever stayed in, starting with the cleanliness, seemed as though it had just had a quick mop round and change of sheets which was another problem the sheets were all stained and the ones left to change half way through our stay were even more stained than the ones on the beds when we arrived! There was a hot tub, which we was unable to use as this hadn’t been cleaned what seemed like months as the smell from it was atrocious! Very disappointed to say the least. The swimming pool was cleaned on the second day of our holiday, then the day before we was going home, which normally when we’ve stayed in a Villa it would be every other day the pool was cleaned, just overall very disappointed with this Villa, so disappointed that it has put us off renting a Villa again and have booked a hotel for next summer.
