Excellent centrally located villa in protaras.

Excellent location in protaras near all the resort facilities and beaches but in a quieter area away from the strip. Villa was spacious, kept in very good condition and had a large private pool area. The owner made our stay very welcome and checked in on us during the holiday.

Had a very comfortable stay. Villa had everything you could need. Lovely pool and outside space.

Lovely location. Nice outside space and pool. Lovely view of St Elias Church. 10 minutes from the strip for bars ,restaurants and entertainment.

My only complaint ,as a non swimmer, was access to the pool is via steps which are situated at the deep end.

The Villa was excellent and provided everything I wanted and more. The welcome pack was exceptional, and the owner stayed in contact at all times. The pool was larger than expected and maintained during my stay.

Everything from the moment I booked was fantastic!! Andreas was in contact from the moment I booked to the end of my stay to make sure everything was ok. Great stay in Protaras

One of the nicest places we've stayed at so far! It was spotlessly clean, the rooms, kitchen and bathrooms were equipped with all which you might needed and the pool was also great. The welcoming basket was really appreciated, thank you! The communication with the host was also perfect, thank you Andreas! The location is very good, in a quiet and safe area, but a car is preferred if you want to get faster to the beach or city (5-10 mins). There is a very big supermarket (Sklavenitis) at 10-15 mins driving in Paralimni where you can find everything you need and also a Lidl at 5 mins driving. Ayia Napa is reachable in 15 mins by car. All in one, it's a place to return.

Everything was excellent and Andreas was amazing, nothing was a hassle. Couldn't recommend this place enough.. perfect for our family stay. The outdoor living space was great to sit and relax all day and in the evenings when the kids went to bed..and less than 1km from main strip but still quiet.. Will definitely be back..

excellent villa , pool and private . great facilities

very easy process Andreas met us after we had to move quickly out of our previously booked villa due to an electrical problem ( not booking.com).. very fast response and we moved in within an hour of booking . immediately felt comfortable , pool was absolutely superb. great welcome pack to at short notice..location was good about 20 mins to sea and 10mins to the main centre. house air con is very good and controllable as are the ceiling fans

no major concerns ...like most villas in Cyprus be aware of slippery tiled floors when wet , clothes airer a little worn out . like most of Protaras a lot of building work going on in the distance

Lovely touch having the fridge stocked with basics such as milk bread juice Ham etc :) Location was perfect! 10 min walk to main strip in Protaras, 15 min brisk walk to fig tree bay beach

Best Villa stay!

Booked for my dads birthday as a quiet retreat in the sun. The location was perfect, 15 min stroll into the strip and 20 min to the beach. Great for a walk for tea if you don't want to cook. Easily found on google maps too! The street is all private villas and a dead end road which added to the security and quietness of the street. Felt very safe and secure. Nothing out the back of the property but shrubbery on the hill which was very peaceful. The property was extremely clean, it had absolutely everything from condiments to washing powder supplied, which saved a lot at the local lidl which was 5 minute drive by car. The pool was super clean and there is a pool guy who came twice to ensure it was maintained, he was very mannerable (has a son at Glasgow University so we had a blether!) It truly was a home from home for us. The TV had a digital smart box so netflix etc could be accessed. The WiFi worked upstairs and outside. Radio aswell which we enjoyed being on while outside sunbathing. Andreas kept in touch through out our stay and made us feel so welcome (including bread and milk on arrival incase of late flight etc) he ensured we always knew he was available If we needed anything at all. I cannot emphasise enough how much this villa completely made our holiday experience! We will be back! Please book, dont doubt or hesitate. Its worth it!!

Very clean. Very nice pool. Everything was well maintained. Quiet and at the same time near to the center. Nice furniture and well equipped kitchen. The host was very polite and helpful.

Great place for families.

Great villa with all amenities. On arrival there was food and water, it is very convenient because we arrived in the evening. Everything necessary for a comfortable stay was in the villa: washing machine, cleaning shdeva, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, towels. Convenient location. Near the church of the Holy Prophet Elijah. The next visit to Cyprus I plan to stay at Villa Cy-Blue.

I have no comments on the property. I advise everyone.

The villa is well equipped and has everything one might need to spend lovely and cool vacation. Kids had great moments at the pool. The barbecue works very well.
