Exceptional villa , stunning location and amazing host

The villa is stunning and luxurious. Eleni is the most perfect host. The villa is around a 20 min walk into Ayia Napa however some of the time we used Bolt which was only €10. The villa has the best of both worlds . Peace and quiet but close enough to the resort. Highly recommend

Perfect Family accomodation

The Villa was absolutely stunning and exceeded our expectations. The Villa is very Spacious and there are TVs in every bedroom, living room and dining area The host was great at communication and there is a helpful "tip" board for guest with useful numbers eg takeaways/taxi Would definitely return here. You do need a car to be able to get around (we used Taxi but it can add up if you are doing lots of trips) Villa is located less than 15 mins (by car) from most things.

location was 5 minutes away from the center of ayia napa is was a a very good price for a very good villa it was awesome it has a pool also and the hosts are amazing.

honestly there wasnt anything that we didnt like. The host warned us to try not to make any loud noises after 11 because of the neighbours might complain but they didnt complain so all good

A perfect week whit the best service!

the house was perfect! me and my 4 friends rented the house for 1 week. we loved swimming in the pool and sitting in the evenings in the Gazebo. The house was a little out of town, which we really liked. it was quiet and peaceful during the days/nights. Taxi cost us €2 per person down to Aiya napa square. The landlord was also very nice and helpful. The house also had everything you need for cooking, washing, cozying up and perfect for sunbathing. Will definitely go back in the future! The villa is just amazing. All you need is there and more. The whole accommodation experience was so smooth with no problems at all. I can only recommended.

Все продумано до мелочей, хозяйка очень доброжелательная, все время на связи . Отличная вилла для одной большой семьи или небольшой компании . Есть буквально все, вся посуда, оборудование. Даже рекомендации пляжей и куда сходить в кафе /ресторан

Бассейн без подогрева , в конце сентября вода была холодная . Бассейн чистый , а воспользоваться им не получилось . По факту это далеко от пляжа и от всего (около 5 км). Без машины никак , или постоянно такси

Familienurlaub

Eleni ist eine traumhafte Vermieterin. Wenn Fragen auftauchen ist sie sehr bemüht diese sofort zu beantworten. In der Villa haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt. Der Pool ist traumhaft und wird öfters gereinigt.
