Villa Saranta Gold is a fantastic 3-bedroom villa with panoramic views of the sea and Protaras, offering the ultimate in luxury, space, and privacy. Both inside and outside, the villa is spectacular in every way and you are ensured a peaceful, luxurious break along with the privilege of breath-taking sea views over the Protaras area. A marvellous property for private holidays.
Upon entering the villa, you will find an open plan living area / seating area and a fully equipped modern kitchen. There is a log-burning fireplace and patio doors allowing you to enjoy the beautiful breath-taking sea views from every angle. There is a large widescreen television, satellite TV and complimentary wireless internet throughout the villa. The villa is furnished to a very high standard with modern furniture and marble floors throughout.
On the first floor, you will find the huge master double bedroom with a walk in wardrobe, a wall mounted TV and an ensuite bath with a hot tub. There is also a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a family shower room.
At the front of the villa a stunning garden area features a large overflow pool, barbecue area and a spacious covered and uncovered seating areas provide plenty of room for outside dining, sunbathing and relaxation and panoramic sea views can be enjoyed.
Located just 10 minutes’ walk down to the centre of Protaras, the St. Elias area is popular due to its quiet and elevated position overlooking the resort area. All the amenities and the beaches are just a short walk or drive away
