Villa Akefalo is a gorgeous 3 bedroom villa that is situated in Protaras, in a wonderful secluded area, just a few minutes’ drive to the resort centre. With modern decor and furnishings, this villa is the ideal option for those looking for a peaceful holiday.
As you enter the villa, you will find a spacious living room, dining area and separate kitchen with an extra dining area and large patio doors leading out to the garden. The living room features a comfortable leather corner sofa, widescreen TV with full satellite, fireplace and doors leading to the garden and swimming pool. The dining area here seats 6 people. The large kitchen is equipped with all the appliances that you need for your comfortable self-catering stay and there is a dining table in here also to seat 6 people. You will also find a W/C on this floor and a small utility room with washing machine
Upstairs, you will find the three bedrooms and main family bathroom with bath, overhead shower, and W/C. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with bath, overhead shower, and W/C. It also features a double bed, wide-screen TV and patio doors leading out to the large balcony which has a comfortable seating area and offers stunning sea views.
The second bedroom has a double bed and doors leading to the balcony and the third bedroom has two single beds and doors leading out to the balcony. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets
