Uniquely located on top of Phanos Hill, some 300m. above sea level, which lies equidistantly between Ayia Napa and Protaras, the property enjoys a constant sea breeze and significantly lower humidity levels making the location of the villa a cool oasis in the summer heat.

> Key exterior features: large private swimming pool (10 m x 5 m), covered terrace with sea view, spacious grass lawn area in the garden, kiosk with eating table, garden furniture (chairs, sun beds and lounge), kitchen with a traditional Cypriot oven and a built barbecue, covered bathroom with toilets, sink and shower and covered parking for 1 car. Depending of the seasons you can also eat the fruits from our trees.
