I wish i could say this was a great experience. We stayed overnight on the way to AND from our trip for one night each way. The first night we couldnt get in with the door code, had to call and use a different code. The unit never got flipped from the previous tenants, so we did laundry and dishes. They said theyd give us a discount - after i asked- have yet to see that but maybe itll come through, we'll see. The second time i was hoping for a better experience. The door code never worked, i ended up using the code she gave me over the phone the first time (thank god i remembered it), the entire living room smells like dog pee, which it did the first time too but not quite as bad. The previous people left their trash on the back porch, never got moved, along with just random stuff littered around the yard. My husband also found a random pair of underwear under the bed when packing up this morning. The bed was nice, the kitchen was decently stocked and the coffee bar is a nice touch. There is nice things about this property, but for me it really feels like the owners havent stepped foot into it in a long time and the person who cleans it only does laundry, dishes, and basic sweeping. I really wanted to give it a second chance but the second time around really made us dislike it more unfortunately. The owners are a little hard to get ahold of, but the lady was very apologetic the first time we visited and very nice so i appreciated that.

I really wanted to enjoy this property. We stayed overnight one night on the way to AND from our destination about a week apart. The first time we weren't able to get in using my code, i had to call -took a minute to get in touch- and use a different code. The living room smelled a bit like dog pee but was bearable, but the place never got flipped from the previous tenants. We ended up doing the laundry and dishes, thankfully the previous people were pretty clean. The owner was apologetic and kind and said she'd give us a discount on our next stay- i have yet to see it but we'll see-. The second time around the door code still never worked, thankfully i remembered the other code she gave me the first time and was able to get in. However this time the living room reeked of dog pee. The place was clean though, minus the previous tenants left their trash on the back porch. To me it just feels like the owners havent stepped foot in their property in quite a while. It has so much potential but doesnt seem kept up with properly. On top of all that, my husband found a pair of underwear under the bed today while we were packing up. The dog yard was nice, but the backyard also had random things in it. The coffee bar is a nice touch, and the bed is decently comfy. All in all definitely not the best experience, but was passable for what we needed. I wish it was better, i hate leaving bad reviews. :/

We own retail stores and constantly educate our team members about intelligent solutions to unforeseen problems, they happen. Upon our arrival our entry code didn’t work, the vrbo app was down, there was no contact number in our confirmation and we were stuck. Finally another guest from the adjoining unit arrived and gave us the host contact number. She gave us another code but the unit was not cleaned or ready. The host immediately moved us to another home next door and made sure it was accessible to our handicapped pup. Problems happen and problems can be fixed. Thank you for your hospitality, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We only stayed for 12 hours but the place was clean, comfortable and took our dog. All that gets you 5 stars from us.
