Better communication to your guests. Very DISAPPOINTED with stay.

Did not like the room.. You SHOULD NEVER put someone in a room that was just painted. Up all night could NOT BREATHE due to the smell of paint and turpentine...

You should of posted that you are in the middle of up dating the rooms. The hotel definitely needs a MAJOR over haul .

Nice budget friendly hotel.

Conveniently located, comfortable room, friendly staff.

A lot of wear and tear. The washer and dryer worked but seemed to be unprofessionally set up. The dryer gave me a lot of lint from previous dryings even though I cleaned it before I used it. And the dryer made the loudest noise of anything I’ve ever heard. I was waiting for it to explode, but it did dry the clothes.

Nothing the property looks like a trash can with mattresses everywhere and crazy but we sleep on a blow out mattress. We thought for sure that with all the old mattress everywhere we would at least be sleeping on a new one. Plus we left our pillows there and they claimed we did not. Do not stay here. Dirty place Stay Away. Spend a little more for a way better place

Slept well!

The bed was so big, the blankets were soft and warm, and there were plenty of cushiony pillows. The bed was the best part of my stay! I slept well.

Some construction or renovation work going on near the walkway on my way out, but they were polite. My room wasn’t effected.

Not the greatest... gets the job done I guess

Location was convenient, room seemed mostly clean.

The TV did not work. Kept shutting off as soon as we turned it on. The only open outlet did not work. The fridge barely worked. And before we actually got there, my booking was canceled out of the blue, with a valid debit card on file with enough to cover the stay. So I called the hotel in advance with concern for the issue. I could not understand the clerk and vice versa. That was extremely frustrating. I ended up booking again online and because it was so soon to the date I had to pay 50$ extra for the same stay that was just canceled by the hotel. Honestly don't think I'll be staying here again.

The 3rd floor smelled like vinegar was used to clean up a marijuana grow operation. Then the keys worked but O had to manhandle the door open, which looked like a SWAT team had kicked it open at some point in the past. I made the mistake of taking my shoes off and walking thru the room and the carpet was tacky like it has participated in a Puff Daddy freak off. The bathroom fan didn’t work so…that was fun. The most likable part of this stay was writing this review.

Wyndham mees to do a look at the property unannounced.

Not much. Decent breakfast. The issues are not things staff can do much about. It's pretty obvious that ownership puts as little money into the property as possible. The worst thing was the lack of a grab bar in the shower. I don't think that meets code.

See previous comment. The other issues were more annoying than anything else. For instance, the keycard reader for the room is old. And it's balky at best.

Easy access but not good to enjoy the stay.

This location offers incredibly easy access to Palo Duro Canyon and other fantastic attractions. Plus, there are plenty of great restaurants nearby, making it super convenient for dining out!

My recent stay at this hotel was unfortunately quite disappointing. The proximity to the freeway meant that soundproofing was clearly inadequate, making it difficult to get a restful night's sleep due to constant traffic noise. For anyone looking for peace and quiet, this hotel is unlikely to provide it. Furthermore, the breakfast offered was notably below average. The quality and variety left much to be desired, and it certainly didn't start the day on a positive note.

It reminded me of fun times i had backpacking around fhird world countries, the type of hotel you get there.p

The staff were so miserable. The beds were broken and bowed in the middle. One prison style blanket each. Smelled of smoke.

Don't stay here

The gentleman at the front desk was nice.

The facility was old and scummy looking. I had booked 2 rooms. One room had obviously been used after the cleaning had taken place. The bed was partially unmade, the TV was on cartoons, and there was a used bar of soap open at the sink. The second room I didn't enter but was told by my family, who did that the TV not only did not work but was literally falling off the wall. We made the decision to leave and pay to stay elsewhere. Because I booked through Booking.com, I am out nearly $200 for a very lousy experience. I will not use this hotel chain or Booking.com in the future.

Rooms were disgusting with stained sheets, molded ceiling tiles, hair all over the bathroom. Travailing for 11 hrs with three kids and we had to switch rooms three times. Staff was super unprofessional and the last night we were there two men were trying to get into our room. Why because staff left our room VACANT even tho we have had been there for three days.

Bad front desk service...poopy lawns

I didn't like anything.

I didn't like the service at the front desk. Justin was not friendly at all. Justin did not greet me and he made me stand there for a whole 7 minutes while he stared at his computer screen. He didn't even say give me a second. I definitely would have left, if I could have gotten my money back. There was dog poop all over the place outside. It smelled like dog poop outside and inside. I had to ask for a different room because the first room had a broken window and the highway traffic was too loud.I will not be going back to that place.
