The Historic Palace is just steps away from amazing restaurants, shops, hiking, and world class fishing. The charming accommodations have everything you need for your perfect getaway! Renters must abide by all rental terms and policies, as well as all local applicable property covenants, restrictions, regulations and laws. Any evidence of smoking, use of firearms, unapproved pets, unauthorized use of property grounds, damage resulting from violation of rental policies, and/or excessive mess may result in charges up to $1000.00 to the Guest's credit card on file, as authorized by Guest's approval of the terms of the Rental Agreement.
Reservations may be canceled more than 30 days prior to check-in with full refund minus a $125 Cancellation fee or a $75 Change fee if applicable. No refunds will be issued after this cut-off date for any reason. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.**

Love working with Pinon and would have gone through them directly had we realized this was one of their properties!The location is EXCELLENT... walking distance to the bets Salida has to offer.The bed was SUPER comfy and the small kitchenette was great for quick reheats, coffee and tea (we were on vacation so NO COOKING!).The place is immaculately clean and even though we know others were staying at the Palace, we didn't hear noise from "neighbors."

After staying next door in apt 201 on a previous trip, apt 202 provided a larger and more comfortable setting. Great location for the small town Salida vibe. Convenient options for walking to food and with our dogs. The room had everything we needed, we lived the 1920s/feather motif. The room was dusty throughout on items, horizontal surfaces to include tables and window sills.
