Sweeping views of the Arkansas River and Riverside Park's cottonwood trees dancing lightly on the breeze provide vital, if not hypnotic, contrast. Salida was formerly known as South Arkansas until Governor Hunt passed through in 1880 on his way back from a trip to Mexico and suggested the name. *This condo is located in the heart of downtown Salida. There are working restaurants and bars in the area. Be prepared for a truly urban experience.

Renters must abide by all rental terms and policies, as well as all local applicable property covenants, restrictions, regulations and laws. Any evidence of smoking, use of firearms, unapproved pets, unauthorized use of property grounds, damage resulting from violation of rental policies, and/or excessive mess may result in charges up to $1000.00 to the Guest's credit card on file, as authorized by Guest's approval of the terms of the Rental Agreement.
Reservations may be canceled more than 30 days prior to check-in with full refund minus a $125 Cancellation fee or a $75 Change fee if applicable. No refunds will be issued after this cut-off date for any reason. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.**

Large room with sitting area, couch and table for eating, overlooking park and partial view of Arkansas River. Excellent location downtown within walking distance of many restaurants and shops . Easy free parking in streets. But note: there is no elevator.

Great location across from the park and walkable to all of downtown. The condo was perfectly clean and very comfortable. We loved our stay and plan to come back!

Loved our little downtown Salida find! Hosts have thought of everything. There’s no amenity we were lacking. Such a warm, comfy and inviting little place that’s walking distance to everything. Thanks for your hospitality. We would certainly return for a longer stay.
