The apartment is clean and big, the owner is attentive and helpful, it is just few minutes walk from beach and other tourist attractions.
Just the problem on the first day about the hot water

Nice vacational and impolute appartment building. Managed by a company, a tad impersonal but has all the necessary amenities. Good centric location, can get noisy in the bars below.
