Accommodation of 25 m2 with fully equipped kitchenette with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer. It also has a lift, iron and Smart Tv.
With capacity for 2 people, it is ideal for a few days of disconnection.

Less than 5 minutes walking we will find the beach of Las Canteras and in the other direction also to scarce 5 minutes we find the commercial area of Mesa Y
The building was renovated in 2019 and offers bright and soundproofed flats.

Schönes Appartment in zentraler Lage. Gut ausgestattet. Leise Klimaanlage. Unkompliziert. Schönes Bad. Gute Betten
Sehr laute Umgebung. Direkt unter dem Appartment befindet sich eine Bar. Täglich bis Mitternacht Lärm.

I strongly recomend Edison. The study was so comfortably for two persons. Everything we needed for a long stay. Some things me missed they bring for us in a day. The studio is not so big but the feelin is airy and light. Very nice staff. We will for sure make a booking next year.

Great place, new, stylish, unusual layout, great vibes, great internet (video conferencing was no problem), never ending water in the shower (the ones who have stayed around the island know what I mean ), bright (though no direct sunshine in the apartment), has a washing machine (though no washing liquid), right in the city, the canteras are is within walking distance. Staying in the apartment was a great experience! And there is a cafe downstairs that has the best chocolate dessert really! The only drawbacks were no free parking (as for the rest apartments in the city), noise from the cafe downstairs until 12.00pm (though nothing major), and no toilet papersoap.
