The modern holiday home, in the city centre of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, renovated in June 2023, with one independent bedroom, has a practical and sustainable design, smart locks so you don't have to worry about keys and unlimited high speed wifi. It is also exterior and very bright, located in a lively pedestrian area with a wide gastronomic offer.
Accommodation of 36 m2 has a fully equipped kitchenette with ceramic hob, is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and cookware.
Sleeps 2 people.
Less than 5 minutes walk from the beach of Las Canteras and in the other direction, also less than 5 minutes walk from the shopping area of Mesa Y Lopez.
Great to enjoy walks along the avenue or on the beach and watch spectacular sunsets.

Ubicación y trato con el personal
Falta de almohadas y tuvimos q pedir toallas porq 1toalla para 8 días se hizo imposible, eso sí, la trajeron sin problemas. La señal de la TV imposible pero vimos q es algo q pasa en más sitios y pocos vasos y cubiertos, 2 vasos son insuficientes.

Checkin was super easy and they responded to all our questions very quickly, it was also no problem to extend our stay for one more night. One negative point was the toilet wasn’t cleaned well on arrival and the interior isn’t as brand-new as it seems in the pictures, otherwise we were very pleased with our stay there. The apartment is located very centrally with a lot of nice restaurants and bars nearby!
