Accommodation of 25 m2 with fully equipped kitchenette with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer. It also has a lift, iron and Smart Tv.

With capacity for 2 people, it is ideal for a few days of disconnection.

Less than 5 minutes walking we will find the beach of Las Canteras and in the other direction also just 5 minutes away we find the commercial area of Mesa y Lopez.

The building was renovated in 2019 and is characterized by offering bright and well soundproofed flats, for being in a busy street due to the wide range of restaurants and bars that exist.

"Las Canteras Beach is a long stretch of sand, occupying some 3800 metres of coastline, which stretches along the bay.

Las Canteras is one of the best urban beaches in the country and in the world, as it is a beach with good weather almost all year round. The place in the capital to relax, where time stands still and where you can do sport any day of the week, wearing a swimming costume, bikini, goggles and snorkel, paddle (beach rackets) or surfboard.

Great for strolling along the promenade or the beach and watching spectacular sunsets.

fortræffeli og stor studielejlighed. Stort og flot badeværelse. ganske fortræffelig beliggen kun få minutters gang fra gode badestrande og masser af restauranter. og lidt mindre positivt uden at være væsentlige: støj fra torvet og serveringsstederne lige under lejligheden, bestik og glas ikke ens “model” og pas på hovedet, når du bevæger dig rundt ved søjlen så du ikker rammer tv-et, der hænger ud over søjlens bredde. lejlighed # 103. kommer meget gerne igen og absolut worth the money

Gostamos muito do lugar, bem equipado, limpo e anfitrião maravilhosa. O apartamento fica perto de mercado, farmácia, restaurante, bares, vida noturna e parada de guaguas. Ótimo custo benefício, recomendo.

El piso está genial, es tal cual la foto. La ubicación es perfecta, excepto si vienes con coche, que tendrás que pagar algún parking cercano (recomendable Parking Guanarteme, precios reducidos por estancia en GetAway)
