The building was renovated in 2019 and is characterised by bright and soundproofed flats.

The accommodation is perfectly located, not so far from the paseo, the walking and commercial streets, the beach. On top of that there are down some pubs which is perfect for persons who like the nightlife.
The accommodation is very well equiped with a small kitchen, a fridge with large freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine, the bed is very comfortable.
The owner is very kind and is available any time to help, I strongly recommend this studio.
