Welcome to Edison Building 402, a cosy and modern 25 m² studio perfectly equipped located in the heart of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. This charming accommodation is ideal for couples and business travellers seeking comfort and convenience in a privileged location.
The studio features a double bed with viscoelastic mattress, private bathroom with step-free access and a fully equipped independent kitchen. The kitchen includes a ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, espresso coffee maker, air fryer, toaster, kettle and juicer. All the necessary utensils and kitchenware are at your disposal so you can enjoy a worry-free stay.
The accommodation amenities include individually controllable air conditioning in the room, 32-inch HD Smart TV, high-speed WiFi connection, iron, as well as cleaning products, washing machine and vacuum cleaner, and a complete selection of essential items. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet paper and all the essentials for your personal hygiene.
The building was completely renovated in 2019 and is characterised by offering bright and soundproofed spaces, guaranteeing your rest and peace of mind. I like the glass windows and the view outside and the light in the appartment. Also the kitchen had everything I needed
This place is very close to the beach, you have night live around, you have a supermarket and everything you need around to have an independent holiday.

Es un edificio de apartamentos, donde tienen varios apartamentos con distinta distribución. En el que me quedé yo por 3 días, era perfecto para lo que buscaba. Muy luminoso, céntrico, buen ambiente en los alrededores. Moderno y limpio. Con todo lo que puedas necesitar: plancha, secador con difusor, batidora, tostadora, exprimidor, hervidor de agua. Microondas, lavaplatos, lavadora. Completo menaje de cocina. Y lo mas importante una cama y almohada CÓMODA. Los que lo gestionan son muy amables como Jaime y en particular la paciencia infinita de Mayca. Gracias.
Está muy bien la cortina que tienen para evitar la luz cuando duermes. Pero añadiría una cortina tipo visillo. Para tener luz pero sin que te vean del exterior. Y en la cocina, unas tijeras de cocina.
