Accommodation of 25 m2 with fully equipped kitchenette with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer. It also has a lift, iron and Smart Tv.
With capacity for 2 people, it is ideal for a few days of disconnection.

Less than 5 minutes walking we will find the beach of Las Canteras and in the other direction also to scarce 5 minutes we find the commercial area of Mesa Y
The building was renovated in 2019 and offers bright and soundproofed flats.

Overall a very pleasant stay. There are a couple of bars located right under the large window but it’s not too bad. The location was perfect just a few minutes walk to the beach, with a supermarket right there. The only issue was the shower leaking. Otherwise great stay.

El piso y su localización es magnífica. Nos ha gustado muchísimo a mi pareja y a mí. Repetiremos sin dudarlo. La atención de la agencia es cercana y resuelven todas las dudas: un trato cercano y eficiente.

That flat us comfortable but several restaurants under your window and the playground makes your evenings and nights very hard to sleep. Spanish are loudy people and after few drinks the volume is ingredible.
