The Space:

925 W Bay Ave is professionally managed by Newport Beach Vacation Properties. The bay beach directly across the street allows guests full-on views of not only the bay, but portions of Lido Island, Balboa Island, Linda Isle and the city - plus the mountains, on a clear day. The spacious living area has large glass sliding doors that provide incredible views. The large kitchen and roomy side deck plus two car garage parking, make this property desirable with or without the views! And the ocean is just steps away.
The upper-level living room takes up the entire front of the home and has a long balcony with chairs, all the better to enjoy sweeping views of the area. A couch, loveseat and additional seating, plus wall-mounted flat panel TV provide a comfortable setting for gathering together to share the day experiences. A dining area has a large wooden table and eight chairs for family meals. The efficient kitchen has plenty of cabinet space and granite counters for meal preparation. A smaller breakfast room off the kitchen and side deck seats four, with an adjacent half bath. Sliders here open to the patio with table and chairs and a gas barbecue.

The home has four ground floor bedrooms. A king bed graces the bay view master bedroom with ceiling fan and en suite bath. The first guest room also has a king bed, ceiling fan and a door into the adjacent hall bath. The third bedroom has a queen bed and en-suite bath. The fourth bedroom is open to the stairway to the second floor and hallway and shares the hall bath. This retro bathroom has an original tub and tiling in vintage peachy-pink!
An indoor laundry room just off the garage has a full-size washer and dryer. Fireplaces are decorative only.
The large side deck on the second story is furnished with table and chairs and propane barbecue. It's terrific for meals and also allows for great air circulation throughout the entire upstairs. The front deck has chairs for enjoying views of the bay. The ground floor patio with wrought iron furniture is terrific for people watching at street level.
The home has a two-car garage.
Ten-acre Marina Park, is just five blocks away, with The Lighthouse Restaurant, an outdoor fitness circuit, basketball courts and picnic area allows visitors to soak up city and bay views. With both piers close by and the Balboa fun zone near, the area offers boundless options for family fun!

Nice home, pleasant view, not much noise from other visitors in adjacent homes. But one toilet flush valve flapper needs to be replace since the toilet would just continue to run without helping the flapper close by continuous jiggling of the handle. Also, one of the small beds is just uncomfortable and seemed to be higher in the middle than on the sides. Maybe I'm a bit of a princess sleeping on a pea under the mattress--that's a fairy tale reference--but it made for a night of restless sleep.
