About this house rental
Three minute walk to one of Southern California's most beautiful beaches! This recently remodeled, very attractive, air conditioned 3-bedroom, 2 bath beach house is one half block from the sand and has beautiful wood floors throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, including stainless steel refrigerator, gas oven/stove, microwave, and dishwasher.
The master bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen TV, and master bath with large shower. The balcony overlooks Balboa, and is accessible from both the master suite and the landing at the top of the stairs. It allows guests to take full advantage of outdoor beach living - perfect for sunbathing, relaxing with a good book, or enjoying a sunset cocktail.

The living area is open to the kitchen and the front patio and has a large flat screen TV. The outdoor patio has a table and chairs with a new stainless steel BBQ, great for cooking for family and friends!

What a great stay! Nice value with a short safe walk to the beach. The property was very clean, well maintained and furnished nicely for our family beach vacation! We enjoyed the 2 outdoor spaces and appreciated the beach toys and equipment. Easy access to the alley garage made parking a breeze and helped us keep the sand (mostly!) outside. We also appreciated Spectrum and some other apps on the primary TV so we could easily a rest -time kids movie and NBA game 5!

We loved staying here. Great location with it just a block away from the beach. WiFi was a little slow so if you need to work while there, could be difficult. But it is perfect for a relaxing and fun beach vacation! Would definitely stay here again!
