Summary:

This Beautiful 3 bedroom 4 bath home, exquisitely designed and masterfully constructed, offers a serene, discreet enclave from which to enjoy the shopping, dining and activities of Balboa Peninsula and the Newport Harbor. *Please be aware there is construction across the street. City construction hours are only allowed M-F 7am-5pm.

209 9th St is professionally managed by Newport Beach Vacation Properties. Located between the Newport and Balboa piers, this exquisitely 3 bedroom 4 bath home is the perfect Balboa Peninsula getaway.



The ground floor offers Jack and Jill bedrooms with connected bathroom, front living area with queen sleeper sofa and hallway bathroom with shower. On the second floor there is a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, as well as a second bathroom in the hall. In all, the home offers a king size bed, two queen size beds and one queen size sleeper sofa.



Upstairs, the kitchen and living area are an open space, linked to the upper patio, which creates a inviting living space for the whole family. The kitchen features a waterfall island with bar seating and top of the line appliances. The upstairs patio is a cozy delight for entertaining, complete with lounge furniture, fire pit, BBQ range and peak a boo views of the ocean and bay.



There is sufficient parking for two vehicles in the garage. Located between the Newport and Balboa piers, just a block Newport Harbor Yacht Club, and a block from the beach and half block from the bay, it is pleasantly secluded by not far from activities, dining and shopping.

Getting Around:

Take the nearby passenger and auto Balboa Ferry over the island or bike ride for miles on the expansive beachfront bike path.

-Must provide your email and be able to access our company online portal for house info.

-No parties or gatherings.

-We try our best to keep updated on remodels/construction happening around our vacation units. However, construction can pop up anytime in the City of Newport Beach without notice. N.B.V.P is not responsible and will not issue refunds due to neighboring construction.

Clean . Great location- steps to the beach. Well maintained with top of the line appliances. Wish there was a propane tank available to use the fire pit. I would go back for sure!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First off the house is brand new and looks like a model home, Luxury bathrooms and a elevator!!!! Top of the line appliances and fixtures. Great location to walk to the big beach or if you have small kids like we do, you can walk 60 seconds to a big beautiful marina beach. The best part is the huge over sized garage. we didn't have to search for parking or park our suburban on the street. I would recommend this property over many other much more expensive properties we have stayed!
