It is an easy walk to the ferry, the Balboa Fun Zone, great restaurants, and shopping.
The Newport Peninsula is known for its beautiful weather and its great selection of water and land-based activities - with easy rentals if you wish to try something new!
It is just a short walk to the long sandy beach where it is highly likely you will see amazing sunsets or at least the ever-changing colors of the evening sky.
Freeway access is near, so you can easily drive north or south for about an hour and enjoy the world-class attractions in either the Greater Los Angeles or San Diego areas.

Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.
This home's living area is on the 2nd floor so it may not be suitable for everyone.
This home is equipped with surveillance equipment around the exterior.
This home is in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties.
**Please note this home can accommodate 8 people. There are 3 bedrooms with queen beds, the other bed is a sofa bed/futon located in the living area.
Dogs welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific approval.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles in the garage. Garage can accommodate up to a mid-sized SUV.

The family and I had an amazing time at this rental! The rental is clean and well maintained with ample parking for 2 vehicles. Also, this property is within walking distance to both the beach, restaurants, and the board walk. Highly recommend this rental to any one looking for an amazing vacation in sunny California.

Easy to get in and communication was great. Only thing was the contact phone number on the info sheet in the unit was not in service. Needs to be updated to match the text communication number. That's why 4 starts instead of 5 for communication - but other than that all 5 stars!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about our time at ‘Seas the fun’ in Balboa! Best part about our stay, the location. Located right next to the fun zone, ferry and the pier, you are right in the action of everything. You don’t have to fight for parking, you can just explore and have fun. As a mama to 5, this was such a perk as we could literally walk everywhere! The house was clean and as my teen daughter said ‘has the most comfiest beds she’s ever slept in’. Lots of towels, shampoo, sand toys and a boggy board too! I loved being able to hang out on the porch in the morning and the balcony at night.Another wonderful thing about this place is the awesome host. I had some issues with my bank releasing funds prior to our stay and Ryan at White Sails (the host) was so accommodating and patient with me as I worked through it all with my bank. Then upon arrival, I had quick question I asked via text and Chris (the owner of White Sails) came over himself to welcome us and answer all questions. We felt extremely welcomed and cared from the very start of our trip. They were very responsive the rest of our stay as well and extremely easy to get ahold of if we needed them. The care we received from white sails was top notch and they are just all around a great team to work with.I cannot recommend this spot more to anyone looking to get away for a beach trip. We are a family of 7 and we slept very comfortably in this home. The pool table in living room was such a fun thing for my kids and we just loved everything about this house!
