Panoramic ocean views, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo. This space has been transformed into a gorgeous upscale designer's dream. Featuring hardwood floors, granite counter-tops, brand new stainless-steel appliances, and newly appointed furnishings with a casual beach-style theme. The interior living space displays views of the Pacific Ocean, Newport Beach, Catalina Island, and the famous Balboa Pier.
The location of this condo is truly in the premier spot on the Peninsula, The Balboa Village. The active bike path that spans the entire length of the Balboa Peninsula is located directly outside of your condo. Take pleasure in fine dining at the many highly-reviewed Southern California restaurants or simply turn on the BBQ and savor your own home-cooked gourmet meal. There's no need to wander far from home for entertainment, shops, and beach fun. The property was wonderful! Clean, comfortable, close to the beach, and just what we wanted. Lots of towels provided, and the beds were comfortable. There was some confusion getting into the property when we first arrived because we had no key, and the only way in was to get the key that was inside the apartment itself, but we couldn't get into the apartment without the key. We just got lucky that a stranger saw us standing around outside and let us in. There were a couple of other little issues like all of the controls on the stove have been rubbed off, so we couldn't tell what dial went to what burner or how hot the burner was. Also the cooking pots didn't have lids that matched, and the gas tank to the grill outside looked like it was in bad shape so we didn't use it. But otherwise, the property was perfect for our needs! We loved the reserved parking spaces in the covered garage. That was a big plus. Great place! We would definitely come back every year.

First impression:It was a very pleasant property. Decor was nice. Location was good.
Just felt not enough care was taken regarding cleanliness. It's one thing to have people remove bedding and bathroom towels and put by front door when this property was pricey...This is not expected at hotels etc...Nonetheless the mattress pads don't look as if they'd been laundered in a while and the bedspread in the primary bedroom was dirty. The mattress in the couch in the living room was stained and no mattress pad provided to cover.General housekeeping was lacking in the kitchen area as well. Cabinets were greasy.Cobwebs on cabinet top over island area leading out ot dining area..The cooking pans were in terrible shape.We didn't want to cook in them. Also, the sink in the primary bathroom did not drain well.Thank you This survey doesn't need to be published....just more care needs to be taken as far as cleanliness more of an FYI
