From our property, you can walk or ride bikes to nearly anywhere on the peninsula. There is a public dock within a 1 minute walk that you can fish off or setup a chair and enjoy watching the boats cruise by. Located on Fernando Street in Balboa, you can quickly access 30+ restaurants & bars, Balboa Pier, and the Balboa Fun Zone all within a 5 minute walk. Spend time experiencing all that Newport Beach has to offer with fun daytime adventures such as The Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, and Sailing Adventures which all depart from the Balboa Pier.

A private washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the garage for your use. Included in your stay is 4 single use Laundry Powders.

High Chair & Pack 'n Play
High chair and Pack 'n Play are available by request only. Please request at least 48 hours prior to your stay, subject to availability.

As is common in these areas, noise from construction, municipal services, beachgoers, vehicle and air traffic, adjacent homes, and nearby commercial or residential spaces may occur. Quiet Hours Notice
Per City of Newport Beach “Good Neighbor Policy” Quiet Hours are Strictly Enforced between the hours of 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No patio noise is permitted between these hours. Please see house rules for more city noise requirements.

Pet Policy
This property accepts one (1) pet with a fee of $399 plus tax and applicable fees. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Certain breeds may not be permitted at the discretion of the property manager. Pets must not be left unattended. If a pet becomes a nuisance, including excessive barking, or poses a threat to other residents or guests, you may be required to remove the pet or your reservation may be canceled without refund. All potty accidents must be reported to the property manager immediately. Additional charges may apply to cover any repairs or damages caused by pets.
