Doyle's Beach & Boardwalk is a collection of 7 beachfront condominiums in Newport Beach, CA. Located 4 houses away from the Newport Pier, you wont find a better location central to all the greatest eating, playing, and shopping on the peninsula. This rental, named Christina, is located on the 3rd floor of 2004 W Oceanfront Newport Beach, CA 92663. This rental comes with 4 beach chairs and a beach umbrella for use.
You will have the whole 2nd floor including the balcony witjh perfect views toward the beach and ocean. There is also a free laundry room located in the building behind you for your use. We will have a manager on-site to help with check-in and check-outs. The manager's numbers can be found on the fridge, are on call at all times, and can be there in less than 10 minutes for any issues.
Located centrally to the Newport Pier, there are hundreds of great places to eat, shop and play within walking distance. With a safe & friendly town square 40 yards away, this is a great place for parents to let their kids roam with no worries. We can potentially provide up to 2 parking spots depending on size of vehicles and availability. First booked, first reserved. But we believe the best way to experience Newport is by bike and boardwalk! If needed, we can hook you up with the local bike shops so you can set up some rentals.
We provide all interior towels and linens. Dish/hand towels, bath towels, sheets and blankets. We do not provide Beach towels.

We felt like we were in the hospital from the towels to the decor, which is non-existent except in the front room. No instructions for the fireplace. The tile is in need of a good scrubbing. We were there 3 nights and only given 1 towel per person the entire stay. We love the location but have definitely stayed in better beach houses in New-port that offered a feeling of home and not an institution.
