Our 3 bedroom/3.5 bath upper residence promises the very lifestyle that the Newport Beach Peninsula is known for: great recreation, beautiful beaches, and fun destinations all around within walking or biking distance. The casual coastal theme throughout provides the backdrop for a comfortable family beach getaway, just steps away from the sand on 33rd Street. All 3 bedrooms boast an en-suite bathroom and private outdoor deck. Here's what you'll find:

PARKING:
- 1 small single car garage for compact/midsize only. Garage 82" H x 90" W
- 1 additional carport space for any size vehicle.
- General neighborhood parking can also be utilized (metered and unmetered).
- The house entry is from the garage via an interior stairway to the main living spaces on the second and third levels; alternate house entry from inland side exterior stairway. (The ground level condo is owned and occupied by another party).

RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, wagons, Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds and much more! Contact us for more information.

CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
