About this cottage rental
Unique 'original' Newport Beach house. Take a trip back in time, and stay in a house built and owned by the same family since 1910.
5th house from the beach on 27th St. 5 minute walk to Newport Pier, Grocery Store, Restaurants, Shopping. 5 min drive to Balboa Fun Zone, Arcades, Boat Rentals, Fishing Charters, Harbor Cruises, Whale Watching Tours, Fashion Island Shopping.
The famous surf beach, "Blackies" is right out front. Many famous surfing spots are close by (Huntington Beach, The Wedge).
One of VERY few houses this close to the beach with a backyard.
Back bedroom is furnished with a full bed and a twin. Front bedroom has a full bed. Both bedrooms have closets. Front sleeping porch has a full bed and a sofa that folds out to a full bed. The living room has a sectional sofa and recliner which we steam-clean regularly.
Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm are just 20 minutes away.

The perfect place to stay in Newport with a family. Close enough to walk to everything that you need. Very clean and comfortable.

We love staying at this adorable home. Clean and quaint. Nice and close to everything. Once we park we don’t need to use our car, just a quick walk. Lots of fun memories made here.
