About this house rental
Enjoy the beach in this large 2 story 4 bedroom 2 bath home on the Balboa Peninsula in Newport Beach! The house is walking distance to shops, restaurants and bike rentals! This home features two private decks, both up and downstairs and tile floors.
Our summer weekly rental runs from Friday to Friday. Check in time is 3PM and Checkout time is 10AM. Do not hesitate to ask if your arrival is different from Friday. We try our best to accommodate. We have 3 day minimum stay.
Located just steps from the sand on the 27th street. Whether you surf or not, this property is just for you.
The living room has 2 sofas, coffee table and TV. We provide high speed business internet if you need to work while your family is out playing.
The dining room has a large table that seats eight with extra chairs available.
Enclosed atrium will fit all your surfing and biking gear comfortably.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, built-in microwave, electric range and oven. It also has plenty of cabinet and counter space for storing appliances and preparing food. Keurig coffee machine and pods. French press coffee machine, water kettle, toaster and blender.
The lower deck on the street level has outside table/chairs and BBQ; great for cooking and relaxing with family and friends!
On the second floor is the master suite, which has a king size bed, seating area with couch, coffee table, TV, access to a private deck and an adjoining private bathroom.
The second bedroom on the 2nd floor has 1 queen and 1 twin XL size bed, nightstands, dresser and a closet. In the closet is an extra fold up single bed.
First floor has 2 additional bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 queen size bed and the second bedroom has 2 twin beds.
We take additional measures to sanitize and disinfect high traffic surfaces on top of a deep cleaning we do after each guest.

The Beach house was perfect, great location, big bedrooms, big patio and very clean. Check in & out could not have been easier, Ave was great! Our family of eight had a wonderful time, with plenty of space for everyone. Thanks again!

GREAT location. Steps away from the beach and a very short walk to Newport pier. Tons of food and shops in walking distance. We loved sitting out on the patio and being able to see the beach!!

We had such a wonderful time. The house was perfect. It had everything we needed. And the fresh flowers were an added touch. The beds were comfy and there was so much room! The location was excellent! We were able to walk to all the restaurants and had a great spot on the beach everyday. We rented bikes and even biked to Huntington Pier. We will definitely be back here to create more family memories!!
