About this apartment rental
Centrally located gallery apartment on the top floor with panoramic views of the mountains of the Garmisch Alps.
On 77 sqm you can expect enough space for up to 4 people! The maisonette apartment is located on the 4th floor and is easily accessible by elevator.
Immediately upon entering the apartment, you will notice with how much love the apartment was furnished. A fully equipped open kitchen unit with small bar awaits you. Refrigerator, Nespresso machine, oven, dishwasher, everything is available!
Also located here is the first of two bedrooms with double bed and small west balcony. From here you have a wonderful mountain view of the "Wank" and hear the gentle murmur of the Loisach. Right door to door is the first of the two bathrooms with bathtub and toilet. Continue into the bright living room with high ceiling and appealing modern furniture. For evening entertainment you can choose between the modern flat screen TV or some board games as well as books. Boredom is not guaranteed here!
From the living room you can access the second cozy balcony, which opens as a highlight an unobstructed breathtaking view of the Zugspitze massif! Particularly pleasant: on both balconies there is carpeting, here you do not get cold feet!
From the living room there is then a staircase to the 2nd floor of the apartment, the gallery. Here is the dining table as well as the second bedroom with double bed and the second bathroom with shower.
You are welcome to use the free, but somewhat narrow underground parking space.

I highly recommend this property!! It is a perfect location (across from Train Station / short walk to the pedestrian area of town)!! Super clean and well stocked for a family get away. The host was super friendly and easy to reach. And most importantly—the views are amazing from both balconies!!!

Perfect accommodation in a most accessible area to be able to walk to virtually anywhere we wanted to go. The apartment was very spacious and equipped with everything we could need.
