Nice place for 3 days in Bayeux and a convenient location. There are a lot of stairs, which we knew there would be. Even for an able bodied person it seemed like a lot to have to take stairs from the kitchen where we prepared food to the table where we ate (lots of back and forth) but it was minor. A little disappointed that the hot tub wasn’t turned on and able to be used the first night that we got there, after a busy day of travelling. Might need to ask ahead of time. I would recommend this place as long as you’re ok with stairs.

This is a great location. On the Main Street with accessible free parking across the street from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. We found off street parking around the corner if we left our car near the apartment during the day. Just out the door to the right is a wonderful bakery for breakfast items and sweets. 2 doors down from that is a great produce store. All the shops and restaurants are on this street or close. Bring your own soap and shampoo, because there was not any in the house.

Great VRBO! Very central in Bayeux - can walk to many shops and restaurants within 10 minutes - bakery is literally half a block away for some great croissants in the morning. Location is off the main street but has locking gate/door so felt very safe. Layout - kitchen on ground floor, 1/2 floor up is the living room / dining room, then more stairs up to 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, then another flight of stairs up to a room with bathroom. So lots of stairs for those on the top floor but really not an issue for us. Newly renovated (obviously from the pics!). Would definitely stay here again.
