A great experience!
The location was perfect! Right in the center of town. Very safe & secure place. The contact person for the Largo was friendly and met us when we arrived to show us the place, give us the key and security entry code. We had car service to Largo from Paris, but took a train back to Paris. It's about a 20 minute walk to the train station. Took us a little longer with all our luggage. I didn't anticipate a winding stone staircase with a bedroom on each floor, but my family thought it was "cool", Be aware and careful if you have young children.
The bed pillows were sufficient but not great. The owner/operator of the Largo spoke little to no English and we spoke no French. But we were able to use google translator to communicate. I wouldn't call that a dislike, just an FYI for anyone looking to choose this place. This is a 3 story walk-up--no elevators or lifts. But again, just an FYI, not a dislike.

good sized beds, great location, nice living/dining room
Several light bulbs were out which was inconvenient, especially over the sink in the bathroom. There is a huge mold problem, its in the showers and on the ceilings. The whole apartment smells like mildew. Our shower doors didnt close properly and the showers didn't drain in a timely manner. The power outlets ans towel warmers are on a timer and won't work early in the morning so don't plan on getting ready early. The bar across the street was noisy, but that is the price you pay for being in a central location. Our previously very responsive host stopped responding to texts once we checked in.

A good value on our apt in Bayeaux & a wonderful stay!
Our family liked the location - within walking distance from the train station, close to shopping and restaurants. The apt had old building charm with modern updates in the kitchen & bathrooms. The space was perfect for our family of 4. An ensuite in each bedroom was a bonus! Since we were there at Christmas time, having a tree in the living room was a nice touch.
No complaints. We didn't mind the stairs, but guests need to be warned that there are narrow, spiral stairs on all levels.
