Nice enough but pricey for what you got.

The apartment was nicely decorated.

The coffee maker was old, never cleaned and did not brew. The only coffee or condiments were what a prior tenant might have left. Access to the apartment required climbing a fairly long winding open staircase which was very difficult to carry luggage up or down.

Lovely large apartment in the heart of Bayeux

We loved the large widows and the garden views. We found the beds comfortable and the heat easy to control. The apartment was just a short walk from shopping and restaurants in the old city. It was great to have a garage right there. Nicholas was very attentive to our requests and very pleasant to deal with.

Great location in very quiet road.

The location was amazing, 5mins walk to the center of the town with shopping area. the apartment was bright and clean, spacious and everything we needed was available, including a dishwasher and a washing machine.

I would add something to separate the ensuite from the main bedroom - a small door or at least a curtain to offer some privacy.

Fabulous location, cute apartment

Fabulous location! Lovely interior, felt light and airy. Really lovely balcony and garden space for meals/coffee. Great Patisserie and a supermarket near by. Very peaceful despite being pretty central. Good for a family (we traveled with 16,11 & 8 yr olds), and has a washing machine!

Not a problem for us particularly but the apartment is up one flight of stairs that have a tight turn. The attached garage is a little tight. We did get the car in with a bit of manoeuvring though (street parking can be found).

A convenient and beautiful apartment in the heart of historic Bayeux.

The spacious and airy living room, the comfortable and tasteful decor, the beautiful garden visible from the windows,the historic buildings, the new kitchen appliances, and especially the convenient location. Our host was very pleasant and helpful and spoke English.

Only one thing, which could easily be remedied. There is no door between the bedroom and the toilet in one of the bedrooms. Even a heavy curtain for privacy would have made my stay much more enjoyable. Some couples are comfortable with this arrangement, but many are not.

Great location for seeing Bayeux and the rest of Normandy. Beautiful and comfortable inside and out!

Comfortable beds, great water pressure and hot water. Adequate kitchen. Great common spaces. Beautiful garden. Garage, although a little too small for our rented SUV. Location was very convenient.

Since we couldn't use the garage, parking was a little challenging. We had a very small problem with a few ants for the last day of our stay but it is apparently only an issue for a month in the spring in the area.

Would stay again in this lovely unit, but not in summer, given no screens, ac or ac window units.

The property was really nice, light with many windows and conveniently located. It was very spacious as well for a family of five. The two bathrooms really helped. The garden area was a typical French walled garden and lovely to sit in and look at from the balcony.

However, unfortunately the home had a very musty and stale smell (which is a turnoff when you enter this lovely home) because there is no AC (not even window units), every one of the windows was shut, and even the fans were not blowing when we arrived in +=80 degree weather, coming off a very hot summer. It was difficult to sleep in the heat, but opening windows meant the bugs came in as well as street noise. There are No screens in the windows, and the Fans are basically ineffective. Hosts should consider providing ac window units in the bedrooms in the very least for the comfort of their guests. There is a small garage, but it is nearly impossible to maneuver a midsize suv into it given the narrow street, though parking is fairly easy to find near the park. Also, instructions on how to operate the wash machine/dryer combo unit would have been helpful. It took a long while to figure how to use since these are not typical in the US. As well, a sheet (in English) about the property, entry instructions for unit , garden and garage etc., would be nice. We were jetlagged and did not fully remember the oral instructions given when we checked in. NOne of us (two engineers) could figure out how to use the tv remote controls, but there were no instructions anywhere. Many AirBNB owners are now not charging for cleaning -which some consider a homeowner's cost of doing business. Maybe the hosts should consider not charging for cleaning, especially if guests stay one or two nights.

Top spot midden in Bayeux en toch lekker rustig

Midden in Bayeux, maar toch rustig. Een prachtig huisje (appartement) met 3 goede slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Eigen tuin en parkeergarage. Stijlvol ingericht en alles aanwezig. Erg aardige host die kwam in- en uitchecken.

Badkamer met WC aangrenzend aan de slaapkamer zonder deur is soms wat ongemakkelijk...

Mysigt och mycket bra läge i Bayeux

Underbart läge med gångavstånd i centrala Bayeux. Välutrustad lägenhet med både balkong och liten trädgård med utemöbler. Här bor vi gärna igen. Mycket bra service och bemötande från Nicholas.

Ena badrummet saknar dörr mot sitt sovrum och kaffebryggaren (Melitta) var långsam -men det har vi framfört så är förhoppningsvis snart åtgärdat

Mitten im alten Bayeux! Sehr gut aufgehoben und willkommen.

Die Unterkunft ist das Geld mehr als wert. Komfortabel, bequem und sehr gut ausgestattet. Allerdings ist Nicolas nicht nur das Beste - sondern auch der Beste. Der Boiler der Heizung war zu niedrig eingestellt. Als ich dies mitgeteilt habe, war binnen 1 Stunde die Heizung heiß und die Unterkunft schön warm und sehr gemütlich. Der Concierge Service hat meine größte Anerkennung. Vielen Dank Nicolas!

Das einzig nicht so schöne ist die Dusche. Man möchte gerne morgens duschen, mit Druck und ordentlich Wasser. Dies geht hier nicht, weil ein Duschvorhang fehlt. Hey, 20 Euro investiert, und der Gast beginnt fröhlich den Tag...jetzt drückt sich der Gast in die Ecke mit sehr wenig Wasser und viel Frust, weil dennoch alles hinterher nass ist.
