Sea and Sand Serenity a Short walk to Stangel Beach and Ohlson pool

This is me and my Mum’s second stay at this beautiful house. When she comes to visit we always plan to visit Sea Ranch and want to stay at this house every time!We go out in the day and then get excited to return to the house and just relax. It has good energy (may be down to the warm interior design and the beautiful views of the ocean). I’m not generally good at slowing down but I can here. The couch area is so nice for watching a movie and using the fireplace- so cozy. The bedrooms are also so peaceful- sleeping in sea ranch is pretty dreamy. The large bedroom feels very wide and open with tall ceilings and a large bed. The kitchen works well with everything you would need- whether you’re someone who loves cooking or someone who doesn’t (me!). I took my dogs this time and they loved their visit! When you walk out of the house there are so many walks you can do, we walked down to the marine preserve area and watched the seals and took beautiful photos. Sea Ranch and Gualala (its closest little town) has more going on than meets the eye(restaurants, spa, hair and nails, art gallery, cute little shops, kayak rental and more).And lastly, the host really does care about your stay and wants it to be a great experience. Very communicative and welcoming. Cannot recommend a visit to this house more

The property was welcoming and perfect for pets as well. We had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed the views!! The hot tub was a great addition as well. The kitchen was stocked with the bare necessities and the property owner supplied coffee, which was very nice.

We had a fantastic stay at this Sea Ranch home! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and nearby amenities, making it easy to enjoy everything Sea Ranch has to offer. The house itself is comfortable, well-kept, and designed to take full advantage of the views. We loved sitting outside in the evenings, watching the sun set over the ocean—it was truly spectacular.The setting strikes a great balance between privacy and convenience, with quiet surroundings and quick access to trails and the coastline. Everything we needed for a relaxing stay was provided, and it was clear the hosts have put a lot of care into making guests feel welcome.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful Sea Ranch getaway with unforgettable ocean and sunset views.

We stayed here for two weeks and had an amazing time. The location was incredible, and the space was perfect for our family. We loved the big collection of board games and the cozy wood-burning stove. We walked to Ohlson pool every day, and would walk to the Marine Preserve to see the harbor seals basking on the rocks.Matthew was extremely responsive and a perfect host.
