Disappointing property management - from hidden costs, uncleanliness, non working appliances, and a lack of follow up, t
Location and kitchen.
Filthy spa - four dead frogs and a filter that should have been replaced ages ago. Potentially exposed electrical. When the spa cleaners came, they cut the nozzle off the hose - which I believe is a violation considering water restrictions in California. Washing machine not working and no indication of when/if it would be fixed. No offers of alternatives nor any effort to assist. NBC Had to pay for a day pool pass even though our reservation was for 7 people. If that’s a pool policy, then that should be indicated prior to booking. It’s a bad look for the rental company and awkward for the pool attendant. Still waiting for a response.
