Good location, but rental house needs attention before
Unfortunately, there was road construction all around the house, including two open ditches on both sides of the narrow driveway for entry. The French doors from the bedrooms would not lock, so safety was a real concern. The house was infested with ants. They crawled on the walls, the counters, floors. The screens and windows were incredibly dirty. The house needs a good cleaning.
