The heart of the home is the open-concept great room, built from stunning old-growth redwood. The living room, dining area, and kitchen flow together around a cozy, wood-burning fireplace, creating a warm, inviting atmosphere for your group to gather.
Your culinary adventures await in the fully stocked gourmet kitchen. It features a commercial-grade range, granite countertops, a blender, microwave, and all the essential cookware you'll need to prepare delicious meals.
Outdoor Living
Step outside onto expansive decks that hang directly over Holbert Creek. Your private outdoor oasis includes:
A bubbling new hot tub for ultimate relaxation
A BBQ grill for alfresco dining
A fire pit for evening stories under the stars
A hammock for lazy afternoons spent listening to the sounds of nature
Downstairs, a comfortable den offers the perfect spot to unwind. It features a wet bar and a 55" flat-screen TV with cable streaming—ideal for watching a game or your favorite movie.

Guests will have full and private access to the entire house, all decks, and the surrounding property during their stay. The entire space is exclusively for you and your group. Access is convenient with self check-in.
We respect our guests' privacy and offer a seamless self check-in process. While we will not be present during your stay, we are always available and happy to assist with any questions or needs via the booking platform or phone.
Creek Water Levels: Please be aware that Holbert Creek's water level varies by season. It typically has water in winter, spring, and early summer, but may run dry in late summer until the Fall rains return.
Security: For your security, a Nest camera is installed and monitors the parking area only. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private guest areas.
Cancellation for Unforeseen Events: In the rare event that circumstances beyond our control (such as fire, pandemic, etc.) prevent us from hosting you due to county or state orders, our policy is as follows: If you are within the standard cancellation window, you will receive a full refund per the VRBO agreement. If the cancellation occurs after this window has passed, we will refund the cleaning fee and 50% of your stay, with the remaining 50% held as a credit for a future stay of your choice.

Darling and roomy. Right on the river, but not really accessible. Hot tub was great! Multiple places to eat outside. Very dog friendly. We would go back for sure!

5-Star ReviewWe had a wonderful stay at this VRBO this past weekend! The house was spacious with plenty of room for our group 5 to spread out comfortably. We especially loved the cheerful hand-painted California poppies on the walls — they added such a bright, welcoming vibe.The kitchen was beautifully appointed and well-stocked with everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals together. The beds were very comfortable, and the towels were wonderfully fluffy and soft — such a nice touch!We were really looking forward to using the hot tub and decks, but unfortunately the rain kept us indoors. Still, the indoor space more than made up for it. Everything was clean, thoughtfully set up, and had a cozy, welcoming feel.We’d definitely recommend this property and would happily stay here again on a drier weekend!Thank you to the hosts!
