The house and property were wonderful! We loved the spacious backyard with the fire pit and hot tub. We were a little disappointed that the dock and kayaks weren't available to use during our stay. Overall, the property and management team were great, and we'd definitely recommend it for a relaxing vacation.

The property is just liked it was described. Very clean and welcoming, we loved the open concept of the home and all of the amenities. This is a perfect place for a family or get together with friends. I would definitely visit again the next time I am in Guerneville!

Basically great. Issues for me: No Toaster (but a toaster oven that not everyone should use), Sheets on the bed (back bedroom) did not fit the mattress and no mattress protector.
