Absolute heaven. Suitable for 2 couples and kids (bunk room with 4 beds and 2 Queen bedrooms)
Excellent communication from Vacasa, the host company. Code was sent the day before so we could access the property directly. We were able to check in early - notified by text - as the house was cleaned earlier than the 4 pm check-in. Beds super comfortable, kitchen well stocked, lots of books, games, TV/DVD's. Very private with a view of the meadow and the ocean in the distance, but very walkable right from the front door. No need to drive once you are settled. Ample living space.
Very little. The red dining room chairs (not the ones in the photos) are not very comfortable. Some aspects of the house are older, but it is clear that the owners are upgrading it. Seaside atmosphere is hard on windows etc. We noted some other small items with the host but they are nothing that should discourage anybody from renting. We are ready to book again!

Overall amazing vacation, old home, but the location cannot be beat
The view from the windows along the back of the house was absolutely amazing. We were lucky enough to have sun and clouds while there and I could not have imaged a better view and location. The hiking trails in the area were beautiful and allowed us to spend several hours each day just walking along the beach with our dogs. New washing machine was a great bonus.
The hot tub was not functioning the first night but we were too tired to care. The second evening after a lot of hiking we were excited to wind down in the tub however it was again not functioning. It was fixed the third day but it was disappointing only having it for 1/3 days when it was one of the main selling points about the house. The home itself could use some updating. The kitchen is small and old, the shower was really short (my husband had to bend down to wash his hair) and the floors were old and stained but we honestly didnt mind these shortcomings too much.
