This is a stunning house in typical Sea Ranch style with great sea views and located in a beautiful neighborhood. It has an authentic, warm atmosphere, lots of daylight and a wonderful gathering space. Linen and towels are not normally included but can be added for a fee. Check-in is normally at the rental office in nearby Gualala, but they were kind enough to bring the packet to the site on our day of arrival. Very friendly communication, highly recommended.

I have rented many different homes at Sea Ranch in the past for different types of trips (biking, golf, diving). Trips with my wife and daughter always include our three e-bikes to ride the connected roads that only run through the northern half of Sea Ranch. This home is right in the middle of that stretch of homes/roadway, and it is walking distance to Shell Beach. A big plus for us when we bring our bikes is the included access to the two-car garage for easy bike storage during our stay. Not having a hot tub would prevent me from choosing this home for a dive trip stay at Sea Ranch during the colder/wetter winter months.
