Located in the peaceful Gordon Head neighborhood, just a short drive from the University of Victoria (UVic), our bright and spacious 2 bedroom home offers the perfect base for your stay in Victoria. 2 Queen Bedrooms: Enjoy a restful night’s sleep in one of our two cozy, well-appointed bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed and new mattresses..
1.5 Bathrooms: One large bathroom and a half ensuite bathroom to ensure plenty of space for everyone, whether you’re getting ready for the day or winding down in the evening.
Additional queen sofa bed with new mattress located in the second sitting room
2 Spacious Sitting Rooms: Perfect for relaxing or socializing, the two large sitting rooms offer plenty of space to unwind. One is perfect for kids and gaming nights, while the other provides a spearte area for the adults to watch a game and enjoy conversation.
Bright & Airy: Large windows throughout the home fill the space with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Amenities Include:
Full kitchen with all the essentials for cooking your favorite meals.
Free Wi-Fi for streaming, work, or staying connected.
Laundry facilities (washer & dryer).
Parking available for up to 2 vehicles. Pleas park in the driveway.

This house was perfect for us. We wanted to spend time together and found the house very comfortable and spacious. We cooked our meals in the well equipped kitchen and played cards in the evening. The sleeping arrangements were comfortable, and the living room allowed for good quality family time together. Ryan was very helpful and responsive to any questions. Highly recommend Ryan’s rental!

The space itself was nice and spacious, the outside of the property is a bit messy and is likely a work in progress. The living room couch was comfy, our bed was ok and our friends said there’s was sagging in the middle.We think there are multiple students living in the basement, like clockwork around 10 pm and sometimes midnight they are cooking and the smell is unidentifiable and horrific. The stench seeped into the rooms and down the hallway and was so strong and horrid it would wake us up. Then all we could here was talk talk talk talk coming from the basement with the stench seared our my noses. Our best guess is they are using old oil.Other than the stench, nice place, but we wouldn’t stay again as it made it tough to sleep and the smell was worse than you can understand reading this. The stench comes straight in through the vents in the floor.
