You'll find it ideal for entertaining or just sitting back and relaxing with family and friends.
The country-style dining room with vaulted ceiling overlooks the beachfront. Enjoy a relaxing holiday meal with family and friends surrounded by the enchanting views of the gardens and water.
The master bedroom features an inviting queen-sized bed. Vaulted ceilings and skylight combine to make this a cozy haven - a perfect place to relax and enjoy a restful sleep.
The Beach House also offers 3 additional bedrooms and another 3 piece bathroom - ideal for a large group or multiple families. Decorated in a cozy, casual country style, the four bedrooms can accommodate a total of 8 people.
Situated on 90 feet of beach frontage, this home is highlighted by incredible oceanfront scenery. The patio and deck offer a peaceful refuge - a lovely spot to savour a morning cup of coffee, bask in the warmth of the morning sun and listen to the soothing sounds of the garden fountain.

Once again enjoyed our stay. First time we stayed here in spring and the weather was decent although a little cool. House and property has everything you need.
Too bad the government has cancelled short term rentals. We will definitely miss this place.

This is a beautiful and charming cottage, with lots of character and everything you need along with the beautiful view of the bay and beach access. Highly recommended.

Our family had a wonderful getaway in Sooke. The house was in a great location and we loved waking up each morning to the beautiful sunrises. We looked forward to walks along the water which was just right off the property. The house was very clean upon our arrival. The ants in the kitchen and bathroom were a bit of a nuisance, despite ant traps in both locations. We would stay here again if we came back to Vancouver Island.

The location is lovely- right on the water, but the home is in need of major cleaning & renos. We were unable to use one of the bedrooms as the bed & carpet were soaked in urine. Not sure how that could have been missed when cleaning - the smell alone was disgusting. Unfortunately it meant one couple had to sleep in bunk beds with thin mattresses meant for kids. Not ideal. We’ve been promised one night refund. Hopefully it comes through.
