Nothing seriously wrong with the place, but it should really be stressed that this is one of multiple units on the same property.
The other notable complaint is the lack of screens on the sliding doors, which makes them impossible to keep open due to insects, especially after dark. This is particularly troublesome in the "media room", because it has no AC and gets stuffy with multiple people present.

Overall the house was clean, and the communication with the property manager was quick. The listing isn't entirely accurate - the property, while large, is not private at all. There are additional units attached to the main house so it isn't accurate to describe it as the 'entire house'. There are also other properties sharing the backyard space.
Also, while it was great to have a dog-friendly property to stay at, there was a hidden 75$ fee to have the dog there that is not advertised in the listing which seems unfair.

Overall good experience, but could not get the A/C to ryn properly and the light switch for above dining table was taped in the on postion but had to be continuously pushed for the light to work.
