About this house rental
Great for a memorable vacation in this fully furnished BASEMENT suite centrally located to many amenities.
Naturally well-lit spacious, 3 bedroom/ 1 bath
The main/master bedroom has a nice soft-sized queen bed, while the remaining rooms are furnished with a queen bed as well and a comfortable couch in living room that can accommodate sleeping a total of 7 people.All bedrooms have there own flat screen TV and cable as well for your own viewing.
The living room is furnished with everything including a 60 inch smart tv and a small fireplace.
The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with everything you will need.
Guests can enjoy a glass of wine or just relax by the outdoor firepit in the outdoor living space or use the gazebo for some nice outdoor dining as well as access to the gas bbq grill.
It is within walking steps to Royal Oak bus exchange where you can catch any bus you will need to get to where you will need to go. Walking steps to Broadmead village where you can find a variety of shops for all your needs. Commonwealth rec centre where you can go for a swim in one of there many pools , or just relax in the sauna or hot tub or go for a workout in there gym which overlooks the pools . Also walking steps to Elk lake where you can walk the many beautiful trails or just sit and relax on the beach or go for a swim or if you have a boat take it out for a spin.
A short 14 minute drive takes you to world renowned Butchart Gardens which is known for its amazing array of different beautiful flowers and plants.
A quick 10 minute drive takes you to downtown Victoria where you can find great shopping , restaurants and sightseeing.
For traveling the main airport is a short 15 minute drive while the ferry terminal which goes to Vancouver and other islands is a 20 minute scenic drive.
We offer complementary pick up and drop off from and to the airport if we are available during your dates of stay
We also have a stairlift for those that have a hard time with stairs.

We enjoyed our stay at this Vrbo. The beds were cosy, and it was nice each bedroom had a tv. Also appreciated having access to a washer and dryer.

The hosts provided everything we could need in the kitchen and lots of linen and towels. The outdoor sitting area was a great bonus to give the 7 off us space. We did find that new mattresses are needed and more attention to cleaning is required.
