The living room offers an excellent area for relaxation, featuring a gas fireplace, a 50” flat-screen television, and a private deck that overlooks the Winter Park Ski Resort.
The primary bedroom suite includes a King-sized bed and a full bathroom equipped with new dual vanity sinks and a shower/tub combination. The second bedroom is appointed with a Queen bed. In the third bedroom, there are two Captain's bunks, each with a Queen bed below and a Twin bed above, providing ideal sleeping arrangements for a group of children seeking their own space. Furthermore, the living area contains a sofa sleeper that can accommodate two guests if needed. A second full bathroom is conveniently located in the main hallway of the unit. Please be aware that there is no air conditioning available.
To enhance your experience during your stay, we provide a range of special amenities, including ROKU devices for the televisions in the living room and master bedroom, a yoga mat, a foam roller, dumbbells, sleds, snowshoes, an iron and ironing board, hair dryers, and a pack n play crib (please bring your own sheets). Additionally, children’s dinnerware and bean bag chairs are available in the second and third bedrooms, which are also equipped for massage use. The Wi-Fi speed is 400Mb.
Located a short distance from the complimentary shuttle, you are only a few minutes away from skiing and snowboarding in the winter. In the summer, this rental is conveniently situated for a quick walk to downtown Winter Park and main street, where most festivals and events take place. The main clubhouse is just a short walk from the condo.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
