About this apartment rental
This four bedroom three bathroom condominium can sleep up to 10 people! The master bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV and comfortable over-stuff chair with en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and this bedroom is next to the third bedroom with 2 double beds. These 2 bedrooms have access to the second hallway bathroom. The fourth bedroom has a 2 twin beds. The benefits do not end there! This condo has been remodeled with hardwood flooring in the main living and dining areas, very large flat screen TV next to the gas fireplace and the large dining table that is open to the main living room.
In the kitchen, new counter tops accent the wood cabinets and some upgraded appliances. There are 4 spots at the breakfast bar for mealtime.
Location: Building 11, 2nd floor. The building is located behind the Clubhouse in the cul de sac of buildings 10 - 11.
Bedding Configuration: Queen bed in the Master bedroom, 2 oversized twins in the 2nd bedroom, 2 twin beds in the third, Queen bed in the 4th and Queen sofa sleeper in the living area.
Amenities in unit: Free Wi-Fi access, Views of Winter Park Resort. Complimentary shuttle service on the free town shuttle. NO AIR CONDITIONING
Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee.
