About this apartment rental
This four bedroom three bathroom condominium can sleep up to 10 people and has been recently remodeled with new flooring, furnishings and bathrooms!
There is hardwood flooring in the main living and dining areas, flat screen TV next to the gas fireplace and the large dining table that is open to the main living room.
In the kitchen, new counter tops accent the wood cabinets and some upgraded appliances. There are 4 spots at the breakfast bar for mealtime and bench seating at the dining table.
The master bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV and fireplace with en-suite bathroom.
The second bedroom has a Captain’s Bunk and in the third bedroom a comfortable queen bed. These 2 bedrooms have access to the second hallway bathroom. The fourth bedroom is unique with two sets of Captain’s bunks.
Location: Building 11, 3rd floor. The building is located behind the Clubhouse in the cul de sac of buildings 10 - 11.
Amenities in unit: Free Wi-Fi access, views of Winter Park Resort. Complimentary shuttle service on the free town shuttle. NO AIR CONDITIONING
Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee.
Clubhouse amenities: Due to regulations set in place by the local health department, local government or HOA policies, not all facilities at properties may be available for guest use. There may also be times when clubhouse facilities are closed due to maintenance services. Please refer to your specific vacation rental information. All clubhouse amenities are provided to guest complimentary and therefore there will be NO refunds when these facilities are closed or unavailable during a guest's stay.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.
