Very Disappointed

Distance from Winter Park Resort.

3rd floor, however, we knew this when we booked it, but I would not do this again. They only left us the exact # of towels for the # of people staying for 6 days and no additional towels for the hot tub. We did call, and they brought extra towels the following day, but that did not do any good for our first day. This may sound silly, but the garbage bags for the kitchen were too small for the garbage can and they were so thin that they could barely hold any garbage. The soap dispensers we barely filled with soap in the bathrooms. The community washing machine was broken (I ran my laundry through, and it came out sopping wet) and there was no protocol on who to call to get it fixed, as a result I spent almost 4 hours of my vacation having to transport my laundry to a laundromat, this was extremely disappointing. The owners offered me a minor refund for my inconvenience. However, nowhere near the value for my 4 hours, not what I wanted to do on my vacation.
