Beautiful & Luxurious home on 1 acre - with private HOT TUB, 2 master suites both with King beds, Bunk Room with 2 sets of bunks Twin/Twin & Full/Full beds, plus 2 pullout couches– a Queen on the main floor & a Twin size in the lower level master suite, 3.5 bathrooms, one with a steam shower, sleeps 11 comfortably. Two family rooms both with 4K HD TV. Walk 3 minutes to the free bus shuttle to Winter Park Resort, or drive 6 miles to ski at Winter Park Resort or drive 33 miles to enjoy Rocky Mountain National Park. Fantastic family friendly vacation. From the check-in process to each thoughtful detail, this property exceeded all expectations. Truly a peaceful and relaxing vacation and I will certainly return.

It was the perfect house for our family. 4 adults and a 2 yr old. It was quiet, clean, and situated nicely for activities in the area. Unfortunately, we didn’t know about “mud season” and a lot of things weren’t open. I think my only complaint was that we had to unload a full dishwasher of dishes upon arrival. We ran the dishwasher the night before we left and then hand washed and put away our breakfast dishes the morning we left. Seems like the courteous thing to do. Also, the baby gate was not secure/reliable. We had to move a living room chair in front of the stairway and really keep an eye on our little guy. In the description of the home, it sounded like you should bring your own supplies (TP, paper towels, dish soap, detergent, etc…), as there would only be enough for a day or two, so I did. But we sure didn’t need what I brought. There were PLENTY of supplies for the 4 nights we were there! And they went over and above with a few snacks and full sized toiletries! Name brand, too! Shampoos, conditioners, lotions, and soaps. All in all, great experience and a lovely home! We would recommend!

House was clean, well decorated, well maintained, and very well-appointed. We had everything we needed for a very nice stay. Use of the garage was a very nice feature as well. We would definitely stay again.
