Beware! Absolute Dump

The river was beautiful

Beware! The property is an absolute dump. Before even stepping in the front door we were greeted with a rusted out old water heater sitting on the front deck. Upon entering we were smacked in the face by the smell of urine. It was obviously a known problem as every window, including the sliding glass door, were open to try and air the place out. Everything: dishes, carpet, walls, furniture was filthy. The property was also dangerous, in disrepair. There was a nail sticking up in the main doorway where my son tore his foot open. The back deck has railings way out of code and floor boards in desperate need of replacement. We called property management immediately to get help switching properties but did not hear back until the next morning when we called again and left the property. It would be wonderful if we could get a refund for our unused nights but I'm not very hopeful.

Kitchen not well stocked. Beds hard Basement back room not usable due to excessive heat.
